3 Bar J, Rio Vista and Elephant Rock Subdivisions

These three subdivisions are 2.8 miles north of the stoplight and then immediately to the east on CR 384 and 384A. All are small quiet subdivisions of 31, 16, and 9 lots respectively.

The majority of the lots are 2 acres with a few up to 3.5 acres. Heavily treed with Pinon Pine and all with great views of the mountains. To the east the road dead ends at 60+ acres of BLM land that extends to the Arkansas River. Great fishing and lots of walking paths in the BLM land. This 60 acres of BLM is land locked by these three subdivisions creating an almost private park.
